The Gung-Ho! Seriously Fun 5k is returning to Longbridge in April and runners of all ages (over 4ft tall!) are invited to tale part for fun or for charity!

The fun-filled 5k features giant mazes, walls and slides in a Total Wipeout-esque adventure and will be visiting 13 different venues across the UK.
Cofton Park plays host for the 3rd year running on Saturday 27th April.
Brains behind the event Alex Winters, a former Cbeebies presenter, said: “I grew up watching some of the great, classic TV shows of yesteryear like Fun House, It’s a Knockout and Gladiators.
“Like many others I dreamed of taking part in something like that, but never got the chance! Now I am giving everyone the chance to roll back the years and act like a kid again!
“This will be a day out like no other. Anybody of any shape, size or fitness level will be able to get round the course and we are sure they will have an absolute blast in the process.

“There will be fun, thrills and spills for everyone taking part. So come on down and show us how Gung-Ho! you can go!”
Runners, who must be at least 4ft tall, receive a free bib with race number, Gung-Ho! T-shirt and headband, while spectators can attend for free, with plenty of activities and food in the event area to keep family members entertained.
“We can’t wait to see as many people as possible duck, weave, climb and slide their way across the course. Tickets increase in price the closer we get to the events, so book now!”
