West Midlands Police are investigating after reports of a stabbing in West Heath yesterday (Sunday 31st March).
Officers believe that a man, in his 50s, was stabbed during a fight between several men in The Fordrough at around 4pm.
The man later presented himself at hospital with serious injuries to his arm.
A 21 year old man was arrested on suspicion of wounding and remains in police custody today.
Officers are checking CCTV and are looking to trace the other people involved in the disorder.
