West Midlands Police are investigating after a young man was fatally stabbed in Harborne this evening (Wednesday 24th April).
West Midlands Ambulance Service were called to Tennal Road to treat an 18 year old man for serious injuries at around 7.15pm.
Police were also called and the man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene soon after.
West Midlands Police confirmed this evening that a 19 year old man had been arrested on suspicion of murder.
Tennal Road remains closed between Queen’s Park Road and Northfield Road while investigations continue.
