A motocyclist has been seriously injured in a collision – involving a car and a motorbike – close to Northfield Station this afternoon (Saturday 23rd November).
A West Midlands Police spokesman said that officers were called to the road traffic collision (RTC) in Church Hill at just after 1pm.
He confirmed that the motorcyclist was being treated for “a serious leg injury”.

Officers were speaking to the driver of the car.
The junction of Church Hill, Middlemore Road, Station Road and West Heath Road remains closed in all directions while officers remain at the scene. Motorists are urged to avoid the area.
