A 54 year old woman was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a collision near Rubery yesterday evening (Wednesday 29th April).
Emergency services attended the collision which happened at around 7.30pm on the A38 between Rubery and Lydiate Ash (M5 Junction 4).
The road was closed southbound while emergency services dealt with the three vehicle collision. One woman was taken to hospital.
West Mercia Police spokesperson said that a 54 year old woman arrested on suspicion of drink-drive offences has since been released pending further investigation.
