A man is in a serious condition in hospital after being found with stab wounds in a Northfield street this evening (Thursday 11th April).
The man, believed to be in his twenties, was found injured in Hoggs Lane.
The road and footpath around the Cheverton Road / Elmdale Crescent are of Hoggs Lane were both closed from around 7pm, reopening at around 9pm.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: “We’re in the early stages of our investigation and carrying out CCTV and other enquiries to identify who was involved.
