Following an appeal from West Midlands Police, a man has been arrested, charged and remanded in custody in connection with a serious assault.
An appeal to find Daytona Brecknall was issued on 6th September and the public were asked not to approach him but call police on 999.
A police spokeswoman confirmed today that Brecknall was arrested yesterday (Monday 16th September) and charged with numerous offences:
- Three counts of intentional strangulation,
- coercive control,
- three counts of criminal damage,
- assault,
- making threats to kill,
- making threats with a bladed article and
- three counts of actual bodily harm
The 33 year old was remanded in custody and was due to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court today (Tuesday 17th September).
