West Midlands Police are seeking a driver who fled the scene after colliding with a motorcyclist in Northfield earlier this month, leaving the 23 year old with life changing injuries. The accident happened at the mini-roundabout at the junction of Hoggs Lane, Bidford Road and Allens Farm Road at around 1.20pm on Monday 11th April. A
