Rubery’s neighbourhood police team are appealing for info after car crimes in Lickey overnight and a group of youths throwing eggs at an elderly man in Rubery yesterday.
Officers from the Hagley and Rubery team are seeking info on a black 2011 Range Rover which was stolen from a driveway in Monument Lane between midnight and 9am this morning (6th December) (Incident number 0204s 061218).
A child’s pink bicycle was stolen after thieves smashed the rear window of a vehicle on a drive in nearby Pine Grove, at some time between 6pm on Wednesday 5th December and 8.40am today (Incident number 0126s 061218).
The egg throwing incident happened at around 4.35pm outside Polly Put the Kettle On in New Road, Rubery (Incident number 0539s 051218).
An appeal from officers said: “[…] some eight youths, with scarves covering their faces, were outside a local coffee shop throwing eggs at elderly customers attempting to leave the premises.”
