Two men were arrested in the early hours of this morning (Thursday 7th May) after another was found with knife wounds in a Kings Norton country lane.
The man, in his 20s, was found with knife injuries in Icknield Street at just after 1.15am.
A police spokesman said: “It’s believed to have followed disorder at a nearby block of flats and the victim […] sustained superficial injuries”
Following a swift search by officers including a police dog, two men (24 and 25) were detained on suspicion of wounding and remain in police custody for questioning this morning.
A 30cm long knife was also recovered by officers.
