West Midlands Police are appealing for information after a man was found with a stab injury in a Kings Norton street yesterday evening (Wednesday 6th May).
Officers were called to Shannon Road at around 6.45pm by West Midlands Ambulance Service paramedics who had attended a man with a stab wound to his back.
The local man, in his 50s, was taken to hospital with injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
Shannon Road was closed at the junction of Primrose Hill for a number of hours while investigators examined the scene.
