Casualties escaped serious injury after a collision between two cars this morning (Monday 6th November) left one vehicle on its side on the Northfield relief road.
The accident happened just before 11.30am and the road was closed towards Birmingham while Northfield Fire Green Watch released two casualties – neither who were seriously injured – from the vehicles.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “A passing ambulance came across the incident and stopped to help. A second ambulance attended along with a paramedic officer. Two people are currently receiving treatment, there are not thought to be any serious injuries.”
