A number of Frankley residents contacted us yesterday (Wednesday 10th January) after witnessing a police presence – including armed response officers – in Fisher Close in Frankley.
West Midlands Police have confirmed that armed and response officers were deployed to Jubilee Road following reports a wanted man had been spotted in the area.
A spokesman said that a stolen car had been recovered.
He said that no arrests had been made and that enquiries were ongoing.
