The Environment Agency (EA) are investigating after residents reported a discolouration of water in the River Rea in Northfield.

The water passing over the ford at The Mill Walk was grey and cloudy this afternoon (Thursday 7th June).
The issue was reported on the EA’s incident hotline and callers told they would investigate.
We will update if and when more information is available from the EA.
