West Midlands Police are investigating after two separate incidents which saw shots fired at homes in Northfield.
The first incident happened just after midnight on Monday morning (20th August) when a shotgun was fired at a house in Chatham Road.
In the second incident, two windows of a Cheverton Road property were smashed after a shotgun was fired at around 12.30am this morning (Tuesday 21st August).
There were no reported injuries in either incident and investigating officers are yet to establish if the two incidents are linked.
Det Insp Vanessa Eyles said: “We are in the early stages of our investigation and are conducting house to house and CCTV enquiries to establish what has gone on.
“Although we cannot categorically link the two incidents together at this stage, that is something we will be exploring.”
