West Midlands Police are investigating after two women were struck by a car in West Heath in the early hours of this morning (Sunday 23rd September).
Officers were called just before 12.30am to a disorder outside the Cavalier pub in Fairfax Road.
When they arrived, they discovered two women in the car park who had been struck by a car which had since left the scene.
Both women sustained fractures and were taken to hospital by West Midlands Ambulance Service.
Officers have spoken to witnesses and are continuing an examination action of CCTV footage in an attempt to piece together what happened and locate the car and driver.
Witnesses have been spoken to and CCTV trawl is on-going. Investigating officers are currently trying to piece together the circumstances of the incident.
