West Midlands Police seized drugs and ammunition when they raided two addresses in Kings Norton this morning (Friday 26th October).
Two homes in Greaves Square are targeted in pre-planned early morning raids.
Officers recovered Class B drugs, associated paraphernalia and a significant amount of cash from one addres and a man (22) was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply.
At a second property, officers found gun ammunition. A 56 year old man was was arrested on suspicion of possessing ammunition but was later released without charge.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “The raids formed part of our on-going commitment to tackling drug and gun crime across the city.
“The public are our eyes and ears and anyone with suspicions of drugs or guns in their community can contact us”.
